Gareth Locksley: Biography

Gareth Locksley is Regional Coordinator for Europe and Central Asia in the Global Information & Communication Technologies department of the World Bank. He joined the World Bank form Cable & Wireless where he held various positions including Chief Economist of Cable & Wireless Communications and Director of Regulatory Affairs in Lattelekom (Latvia). Prior to C&W Gareth was an official of the Directorate General for Competition of the European Commission in Brussels.
