Telecommunications Policy as an Integration Instrument
Dipl.-Ing. Harald Fuchs: Ppofessional Biography
After completing his training at the Eisenstadt Federal Higher
Technical College of Mechanical and Aviation Engineering Harald
Fuchs began his working life as a design engineer with Nino De Martiis
in Villach. He then studied at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering
of the Vienna University of Technology and Sheffield University
(UK), specializing in computer simulation of production processes
and building utilities.
After completing his studies he initially gained work experience
at Siemens Austria and was involved in facility management for 24
Vienna schools. From September 1998 till July 2002 he focused as
project manager on solutions for military air defence communication
networks concentrating on technical and financial targets.
He is now Senior Partner in CEBO (Consulting and Engineering Bogensberger,
Fuchs und Wallner OEG), which specialises in technical consulting
activities for special communications, like wireless LAN or Radio
communication.
Ing. Franz Wallner: Ppofessional Biography
After completing his training at the Federal Higher Technical College
for Electrical Engineering Franz Wallner worked as Project Engineer
at Kapsch for 2 years, being promoted to Area Sales Manager with
the main goal to establish a subsidiary in the CSFR. After 5 years
in this job he took the challenge to join Frequentis as an Area
Sales Manager for Military Networks and Air Traffic Control Solutions.
After three years working in several European and Asian countries
he spent two years in the Washington, D.C. subsidiary as Manager
of Program Development.
He is now a Senior Partner of CEBO OEG CEBO (Consulting and Engineering
Bogensberger, Fuchs und Wallner OEG),, which specialises in technical
consulting activities for special communications, like wireless
LAN or Radio communication.
Wolfgang Steinböck: Ppofessional Biography
During the last fifteen years Wolfgang Steinböck focused as
EDV Support engineer on small and medium sized computer network
projects. In 2000 he founded the company LANET GmbH, which is specialised
in providing communication infrastructure and networks.
