Contract for sale of the 49% shares of Telekom Serbia (owned 100% by the Serbian PTT i.e. State of Serbia) to STETI (Netherlands) and OTE (Greece).

PTT has transferred the exclusive rights for fixed telecommunication services (PSTN) to Telekom Serbia for the period of 8 years (untill June 2003.).

ISPs are not in the PSTN business, so what is the problem?
