Abstract: The goal of this presentation is to provide the attendees with the insight of Serbia Telecommunications and Internet scene, namelly:

1. The existence of a dominant telecommunication firm and influence of it's behaviour on ISPs and Internet community in Serbia;
2. Solving industry disputes regarding the conflict of interests between ISPs and Telekom (legacy telecommunications cost models as applied to Internet traffic);
3. Perspectives of Serbian Internet community before the 2005. deregulation and after it.
